Highly Composite Numbers

A highly composite number is a positive integer that has more divisors than all smaller positive integers.

For example, number 12 is highly composite because it has six divisors (1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 12) which is more than the respective divisor counts of all numbers that are less than 12.

Print all the highly composite numbers from 1 to 250,000,000 inclusive, each on their own line.
