Given a randomized standard 52-card deck, with one card per argument, simulate the dealer's hand.

Each card consists of a rank followed by a suit. Ranks are A, 2–9, T, J, Q, and K. Suits are C, D, H, and S.

The first two cards are dealt to the dealer. The dealer hits below 17, hits on soft 17, and stands on hard 17 or higher. The dealer also stops when the hand busts.

Number cards are worth their face value. T, J, Q, and K are worth 10. An A is worth 11 unless doing so would make the hand exceed 21, in which case it is worth 1.

Output the cards in the dealer's final hand, in the order they were dealt, separated by spaces.

For example, a deck beginning with AH 6C 2S ... produces AH 6C 2S, because the dealer hits on soft 17.
